Analysis of the public control functions

In the Kazakhstan law of public councils, Articles 16-19 lay out the procedures for public councils in the form of public control. The forms of public control are defined as follows:

Public expertise: the procedure for reviewing draft normative acts for compliance with public interests.

2.

Public monitoring: the procedure for monitoring the activities of state bodies by public councils, as well as non-profit organisations, citizens on behalf of public councils.
